Axiom Protocol ("Axiom," "we," "our," or "the Platform") is committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. This Privacy Policy explains our practices in clear, accessible terms.
Axiom operates as a decentralized prediction market system built on the XRPL EVM Sidechain. We collect only the minimum information required to provide a functional, secure user experience and we do not sell personal data.

Axiom collects limited information to operate the Platform effectively and securely.
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
You may choose to provide personal information voluntarily when interacting with Platform interfaces, including:

Axiom does not request:
- Private keys or seed phrases

Axiom does not use advertising cookies.

Axiom does not sell personal data.

Axiom's infrastructure may operate in various regions. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your data to jurisdictions outside your country. We select service providers that follow international privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA.

- Server logs: up to 90 days
Blockchain data is immutable and cannot be deleted by Axiom.

Access and rectification, deletion, data portability, restriction or objection to processing, and withdrawing consent.
9.2 CCPA Rights (California)
Right to know what we collect, right to deletion, right to opt out of data sale (Axiom does not sell data), and right to non-discrimination.
9.3 Other Jurisdictions
Users in Canada (PIPEDA), Brazil (LGPD), the UK, and others may hold similar rights.

10. Children's Privacy
Axiom is not intended for individuals under 13 (United States) or 16 (EU/EEA and other regions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Do Not Track (DNT)
Axiom does not currently respond to DNT signals due to a lack of industry-wide standards. We limit tracking to essential analytics.
12. California "Shine the Light" Law
Axiom does not share personal data with third parties for their direct marketing. This law does not apply to our operations.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as needed due to legal, operational, or technological changes. The "Last Updated" date will be revised. Significant changes may be announced via banners or notifications. Continued platform use after updates constitutes acceptance.
